We use our PROVEN 4-Step Process to take you from where you currently are, to where it is you want to be; Stronger, Fitter, Healthier and Happier!
STEP 1: NO SWEAT INTRO FREE 20 minute session with a specialist coach who will work with you to establish your goals and obstacles and figure out how to best reach your goals
STEP 2: COMPLETE ONBOARDING Next, You'll complete our 1-1 onboarding process. During these private coaching sessions, we'll teach you how to move safely and know how to use the equipment we use at Pegasus
STEP 3: PRESCRIPTION After you complete onboarding, you’ll begin your coaching prescription that has been developed specifically for your goals. It may be any combination of our core services: Group Fitness Coaching, Private Fitness Coaching, Online Coaching or Programmed Open Gym
STEP 4: REVIEW As you progress through your program, it’s likely that your goals will change or you’ll reach a plateau. It’s important that you keep checking in with your progress and making adjustments to your prescription as they’re needed. You’ll be sitting down with your success mentor at certain points throughout the year so that they can help ensure you keep moving to where you want to go.
