Better Sleep, Energy and Strength - How Jorge went from Unfit to Unstoppable!

Our Member of the Month for June - Jorge has well and truly cracked that code.


I sat down to have a chat with him about how getting back in shape has made it easier for him to do more of the things he loves!


Q. What challenges were you experiencing that led you to joining Pegasus?


A. I really needed to drop some body fat, I was over 95kg and even though I had a gym at home I wasnt motivated and had no accountability. So after trying to figure things out on my own with not much luck, I came across pegasus and decided to give it a try


Q. What results have you experienced since starting at Pegasus?


A. I'm stronger for sure and I've dropped some body fat. But a massive part of it is just how much more energy I have. I'm sleeping better, I'm in a great routine. I'm feeling awesome and it feels really sustainable


Q. What are you most proud of?


A. I'm really stoked I've stuck to my dietary changes, I did a bit of work with Josh (in house nutritionist) and he got me eating a lot more protein. Lots of meat and eggs and some salads, but more of a carnivore type approach and I feel great. As well as that I'm not drinking during the week which I'm really happy with


Q. How has training changed of improved your life?


A. So many ways... I'm sleeping better, I have more energy and I just feel like i'm in a better mood. I'm surfing and kiting heaps more than I was before, and that's on top of training. No hangovers too ahah. Just overall I'm living a better lifestyle in general and I've got a really solid active routine now


Q. Why would you recommend pegasus to others?


A. I feel like I'm getting constant guidance from the coaches, both in sessions and via message exchanges - the team down here genuinely care about your results and are always willing to offer some advice. The training sessions are awesome too, its a good balance of everything you could want - strength, fitness, flexibility - and the community of people you're training beside each day are awesome... no wankers which is a nice change from a lot of the gyms I've been to
